What to write about
- Report an error in a reading. If an adaptation exaggerates a finding, leaves out a limitation or cites its source incorrectly, we want to know. Tell us which reading and which passage seem wrong.
- Questions about the product. What each option includes, how billing will work when available, and what happens to your data.
- Press, science communicators and researchers. If you authored a study we adapted and want a correction, an attribution change or its removal, write to us so we can address it.
- Accessibility. If something on this website does not work with a screen reader, keyboard or zoom, tell us what happened.
What to expect
A person replies, rather than a support team working in shifts. We aim to respond within the following business days, but do not guarantee a response time or round-the-clock support. You can write in English or Spanish.
What we never ask for by email
We will not ask for passwords, card details, identity documents or access to your accounts. If you receive a message claiming to be from PaperFlow and asking for any of these, it is not ours. There are no active subscriptions yet, so nobody should be charging you on our behalf.
